Paid Ads Specialist
We have a really great opportunity for a passionate Paid Ads Specialist to join our award winning client based on the southern Gold Coast.
The primary focus of your role is managing and optimising Google paid search campaigns for major clients, with an emphasis on achieving key performance metrics such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates (CVR), return on ad spend (ROAS), and other relevant KPls. The role expands to other paid ad platforms Microsoft Bing Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms for clients' needs.

What you will be doing in the role:
- Develop and execute Google Ads campaigns to maximise results
- Manage projects from inception to completion, including performance analysis, campaign development, testing, and comprehensive reporting
- Conduct thorough campaign audits and create strategic plans to optimize campaign effectiveness
- Execute and implement paid search campaigns across various platforms, including strategy development, ad creation, targeting, optimisation, and performance analysis to drive business objectives and maximise ROI
- Implement conversion tracking to measure ROI accurately
- Develop and present data-driven recommendations to clients aimed at optimising ROI and enhancing overall campaign performance
- Craft compelling ad copy aligned with brand guidelines to enhance the user journey
- Monitor and report on performance metrics, including CTR, CVR, ROA5, and other KPIs
- Utilize Google Analytics to track campaign performance and analyse data for actionable insights
- Manage campaigns across other platforms, including Bing Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok or other applicable platforms to suit client's needs
- Client liaison, managing expectations and creating strong client relationships
- Collaborate within the paid advertising team, and other marketing department teams on multiple service campaigns
Requirements for the role include:
- Excellent proficiency in Google Ads across multiple industries and countries
- Experience in handling client campaign spends exceeding $80k
- Proficiency in GA4, GTM, Meta Ads, Bing Ads, and other SEM platforms
- Proficiency in external conversion optimisation, and proficiency tools to achieve the highest and most accurate performance results for campaigns
- In-depth experience with implementation and execution
- Excellent client relationship management ability
- Strong analytical aptitude, focused on data interpretation
- Excellent communication, grammatical and spelling skills
